Referral FAQ

How much do I earn per referral?
You choose either R250 cash or a discount on your existing Lowveld Web package for each successful referral. A successful referral means the new client signs and pays for a qualifying website, software, program or mobile application project.
What counts as a successful referral?
The referred business must be new to Lowveld Web (not an existing active client), must sign a project agreement and pay their deposit or first invoice for a qualifying service. Small one-off tasks or already-discounted partner deals may be excluded — we confirm eligibility when you submit.
Can I refer more than one business?
Yes. There is no cap on referrals. Each qualifying signed client earns a separate reward, subject to fair use and our programme terms.
How do I receive the R250 cash reward?
Cash rewards are paid via EFT to a South African bank account in your name after the referred project payment clears. We will confirm banking details securely by email or phone.
What if I prefer a discount instead of cash?
If you already have an active Lowveld Web package or maintenance plan, you can apply the reward as a credit or discount on your next invoice instead of cash. Tell us your preference in the referral form.
Do I need to be an existing client?
You do not have to be a current client to refer someone, but package discounts only apply if you have an active package with us. Anyone can earn the cash option.
How long until I get paid?
Typically within 14 business days after the referred client’s qualifying payment is received. Complex projects may take slightly longer — we keep you updated.
What information should I include in the form?
Your name and contact details, the business you are referring, their contact person, and what they might need (website, ecommerce, software, mobile app). Optional notes help us personalise the first conversation.
